Thanks for the video. I'm looking to buy an RX 7600, but my Mother Board is PCIe 3.0 only.
But what I learned today is that, unless the game is made to make use of the PCIe 40.0 specs, I have nothing to fear.

Hard to read the numbers but to summarize looks like you lose a few percent on the average frame rate but the 1% is hit quite a bit harder 10-20% which means the games will have more stutters and be less smooth.
