PART 1: Captain Tony’s Saloon is coming in at #7 on our most haunted places in Key West countdown 🪦 From the lady in blue, to ghostly voices, cold air pockets, strange women’s restroom locking and unlocking stalls, and doors opening and closing inexplicably throughout the property, the building is crawling with paranormal activity. The building itself has a rich history. Starting out as a morgue, later becoming a brothel, and various nightlife establishments over centuries, this building has seen some things. Not to mention the 75-85 hangings carried out on the tree that still remains in the middle of the bar. Gravestones and bodies still reside on premises adding a layer of tangible spookiness. If you're interested in the paranormal this is a great spot to visit while on your Key West vacation. It’s not necessarily one of Key West’s hidden gems (since everyone knows about Capt. Tony’s) BUT the haunted history may not be as well known and so in that regard parts of Capt.
