Yea so your video hands down has to be the best interview questions video I could find. There’s some other good ones but yours was exactly what I needed. I just watched one of your coworkers sharing her interview/training experience in your company, and during her interview she got the question about the best customer service she ever received. She told the story about a flight attendant she met when she was a child. This nice flight attendant worked for an airline that is known for excellent customer service, let's call it S airline. Then she went on and said you guys only got ONE customer service class throughout your 6.5 to 7 weeks of training. Then a current flight attendant from S airline left a comment saying they received a WHOLE MONTH of class just for customer service....that explained a lot!
