How do I get hold of troubleshooting team at times not open? Have issue with plb where screen did not turn on when test button was pressed to do self test and solid white light will not turn off.

But how do you know it's going to work. Shouldn't a "test" be a non-emergency ping that can be tracked through your regions database (NOAA where I'm from).

I get the light, so I assume it's going to work, but it's not reassuring.
