if you are having trouble getting the harvester orb or the cyst to change colors make sure you aren't using an incendiary ammo attachment on your gun. Bring a secondary or pick up another gun in game and put dead wire or brainrot on it instead if you want to keep using incendiary ammo.

Glad my trio got it done on the first try. Few things we learned: u can PAP inside here in the middle of fortress (up to level 3), when the worm eats u as he spits u out u can spam your jump button to pull your chute and u won’t get downed to fall damage, also an ammo refill on the beach which was useful, shooting the crystals on the ground give you random drops that could help (got a turret mod), there is a turret at the beach

Also, the last purple contract will spawn I believe it’s three elite manglers and one of them being the actual bounty and two regular manglers. So just be aware of that when you do the last purple contract in the tier 3 zone. And when you fight the mega abomination at the dark Aether rift, if your doing this solo I recommend you have a juggernaut kill streak equipped which you can buy one for 10, 000 essence at the tier 3 buy station because that kill streak can defeat the mega abomination easily

For the act 4, you can infill with the turret circuit, there's a turret at the beach that will melt the worm. 2 are more than enough to take it down.

I did the Easter egg twice. Once by myself and once to show a friend.

Once solo, which had I known I had to fight a aether worm for the first challenge I wouldn't have done solo but yeah knocked that out with a pack 3 crossbow jugg/speed/stamina/ & PhD so my bolts didn't hurt me.

The bad signal mission actually tells you what you need to do. The mind rot seal will show pills and a pus spore, the lightning an orb etc and the other world voice will speak to you after you break each seal that's how I figured out what to do and where.

But I got all 3 items then upgraded them to legendary in the same game. Easiest way is to grab a few turret sentry circuits. You can kill both the dog & zone 3 mangler with the turrets.

The items tell you where you put the items and to kill the mega just leave the island and shoot from the shore with a pack 3 crossbow. I melted him quick.

2 things I found with this. If you swap the finished EE piece with something in your stash you can store it. You can also exfil with the purple rarity version and go into an aether tear next game to spawn the contract that turns it gold. Although be careful as the playlist update pop up is wiping stashes atm 😅

I tried to solo the new worm boss when the update came out, and didn't go so well. Them flying orbs can be pretty broken against a solo player.

They really need to just increase our stash size or remove the limit all together. It's getting annoying having to refill my stash items...

Me (28) and my dad (61) who moved out of state have been playing zombies for years as a way to stay connected and we can’t get enough of this MWZ. I see videos like this and realize that with it only being us two plus him being older means we most likely won’t get to enjoy any of this stuff without any help. It looks cool and we see clips but I doubt we’d be able to get those awesome schematics without y’all. Reach out please!
