It’s the definition of a maintained bachelor’s pad. It’s not so much plain, but simple. The simplicity makes it attractive. It will drive me crazy, but it’s appropriate. I rate it a 7

Nice beautiful home it didn’t wow me but the outdoors is definitely a wow factor. I can see why he chose this property. I will rate an 8 ♥️the song selection

Yes the backyard was the best thing about this house. I didn’t really like anything about the inside too much. I have to give it a 4.5😟. This house did not look like it should be anywhere near 7 million dollars.

Judging by the cheap art on the walls and outdated decor, I believe this may be an old listing before Damon purchased the home. Maybe the original listing. The house has great bones, perhaps it is now been completely furnished and renovated to its full glory!

Nah... It looks like his back in "In Livin Color Days", just plain outdated, needs upgrading, but I like the house for the most part..I give it a 4. I also love the John Legend beat.

Like that it appears to be two dwellings on the property. Neat backyard. Nice home but lost points for decor. I'm certain an upgrade in decor would give it an 8. It's a 6 for me as it is.
