Try out these super crispy and delicious Aloo Methi Paratha which is a perfect North Indian Breakfast. This fresh flavourful paratha is amazing and a must try.

Servings : 8 parathas

Ingredients

For dough -

2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 cups finely chopped fenugreek leaves
¾ cup water
1 tsp oil

For stuffing -

500g boiled and cooled potatoes
Salt to taste
½ ysp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
⅓ cup powdered poha or flatten rice
Ghee for parathas
