Not sure how much Paypal varies in different locations, I'm in the UK and it was fairly easy to find. Click settings gearwheel, payments tab, view.
I did find something that needed cancelling too!

a lot of companies make it difficult to reverse a charge you either did not make or you did not realize you were approving. For years fear of this kept me away kept me away from the internet. My sweet husband ordered me a pair of boots for Christmas a couple of years ago. He did not realize he was signing up for a membership until he saw the reoccurring charge on his account. It took longer than 2 months, and multiple calls to get it straigntened out. Thank you for this! I was digging for an hour trying to find this. It is a warning to all that PayPal just wants its money and is not interested in the people using its service. Absolutely no reason this should be so difficult to find. Even search of "subscriptions" turns up no results - how is this possible? Certainly, someone at PayPal has made a decision to exclude it from search terms.

Hey everyone—in the mobile app in my iPhone, if u click on the “Settings” button at the top right hand corner of your screen, about halfway down on the next page there is a tab that reads “Automatic Payments”—click on that and u can go though and pick which merchants and subscriptions you would like to keep and which u would like to get rid of—easy peasy—good idea to put a reminder on your calendar for the next date a sub
