Folks ... do NOT install a horizontal "band board/trim" even if caulked it will eventually leak and catch debris, this will rot out your sheathing. Use "Z" flashing instead. Paint the bottom end/edge of the sheathing. Do not caulk it, that way it can drain. Gravity never fails, caulk will. Z flashing not caulk. I understand the horizontal trim can look nice, but it's no fun letting your sheathing rot.

Looks really good to use the same material as the siding. And from what I can tell, the verticle seams/pattern lines up! Great looking!

Doesn't skirting have to have perforated holes in the material to assist with ventilation

The worst is the lack of venting. Not mentioning the ground contact wood.

Just curious how you deal with moisture ingress from the grass and rain onto those 2x6's? I'd worry that being directly on the ground, it'd attract all kinds of creepy crawlies once the wood is waterlogged (e.g. carpenter ants, termites, etc.) Or is that expected and there's only a short service life?

Where we live this will rot and fall apart in no time.. didn't even use pressure treated along the bottom much less ground contact rated

wood on ground will get soft or change shape groundless if pressure treated.
need four inches of air gap or use a product that is hard but will not change its form.

I love how most of all video for under pinning the land is flat and pretty never the normal like angled or higher then your head off the ground. lol so with those types, how to put a frame under it how to cut at angles from the ground and bottom of the trailer and all that. I mean their is no videos on YouTube that shows all that or at lest explain it good enough to follow them while you DIY.

I’m not seeing what you’re doing at the top there. Can you explain how you are attaching the top of the skirting to the bottom of the siding? Unfortunately there is not any information on doing this type of job.
