I'm an S Class owner. I also own a 7 Series. Both of my big sedans have that seat button that didn't know. When you push that button you can control the front passenger seat by using the front driver seat buttons.

This guy is not a pro at presentation. He does not give good angle views of the vehicle, and for got some things. Maybe he should be showing Fords - more his caliber.
