Trnava is an old medieval city situated just under 60km east of the capital, Bratislava. Known as the ‘Slovak Rome’, it is home to numerous churches, fascinating architecture, quaint cafes and an old city tower. The city was also home to a once thriving Jewish community (which was largely decimated during the holocaust), and visitors can still visit their preserved synagogues that have since been transformed into a museum and a beautifully decorated cafe.

Love it! What a great tour of a lovely place. I learned a lot and the videography was beautiful and music fit so nicely!

The "military reenactment" is explained by the poster @ 4.21 which means 'The seventy-fifth anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising' (1944).
