Suella Braverman rules out introducing safe routes for Sudan asylum seekers

Following Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's refusal to provide a safe route for refugees from Sudan when pressed during PMQs, Home Secretary Suella Braverman has further ruled out the possibility.

Asked whether the UK was going to "start looking at safe routes for refugees from Sudan", Ms Braverman replied: "We have no plans to do that."

I might travel to France and come back as an asylum seeker .. I'll have all my hotels paid all my food paid for I never have to work again £180 a week to spend on drugs and alcohol then claim disability allowance get a brand new car and fully furnished house and sit back and enjoy the kind hospitality of England .. 🇬🇧

The people from Sudan aren't blue eyed or blonde. Not only that even the British citizens that were trapped in Sudan were not provided with urgent rescue options. They wanted to delay as long as possible so as many as possible get trapped or die there. So shocked that Labour is not holding Cruella accountable.
