If he keeps doing that he’ll eventually get a surprise pop in his back. They never like to hear the truth about excessive and unnecessary heavy lifting but it’s true. You don’t want back problems. Specially disc and nerve problems. They are incredibly painful and can last months to years. But bro’s will be bro’s.
