The Whoop 3.0 is a tool for monitoring your heart rate, sleep, recovery and more. I rocked a Whoop strap for a couple years and compare the Whoop Vs Garmin watch that I have been wearing for training. The Whoop 3.0 is gaining traction in the fitness world as a whole. Special thanks to CrossFit games athletes as well as other professional athletes.

There are many components to both that can beg the question of is it worth it? Both have pros and cons and ultimately the choice is up to you! The Whoop has updated its algorithm quite a bit since I first got mine in 2017 and the differences are drastic!

Sent mine back after 14 days. I thought it was horrible and inaccurate. Horrible customer service too.

how does whoop's sleep phase data compare to garmin's? has anyone worn both for a night and compared sleep stages and duration the next morning from both devices?

Has your coach ( or you) used/looked into the garmin body battery? It’s supposed to be like a whoop, just without the “strain coach”, but you have your coach for that ;)

If I get the 6 month membership do I still need to pay 30 a month? Or do I pay it all up front?

How do you feel about calorie burn between the two? Is calorie counts accurate?
