Haley: US lock and loaded if Syria uses gas again

S Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said the United States was prepared to sustain its pressure on Syria after a night of military strikes meant to cripple the country's ability to use chemical weapons, as Russia accused Washington of "hooliganism" and a major breach of international law.

"The time for talk ended last night," Haley told the UN Security Council. "We are prepared to sustain this pressure, if the Syrian regime is foolish enough to test our will.
"The United States is locked and loaded," she said. "When our President draws a red line, our President enforces a red line."

As a taxpayer, voter and citizen of the United States, I would like to know under article 2 of the Constitution where our "interest" In Syria is? What's so important that we not only spend million's of taxpayer dollars but risk the lives of many innocent people in a foreign land? Where is the evidence? Lets allocate those resources, funds, and man power to update our infrastructure, house and properly take care of our veterans, buy current books for students, pay our teachers a livable wage, lower our national debt etc.
