South Africa's Zuma Removal

South Africa’s ruling party says it has decided to "recall" Jacob Zuma as the country's president, although there was no sign Zuma plans to comply with the decision. African National Congress Secretary-General Ace Magashule made the announcement Tuesday at a news conference.
