hey mate, the ducking on channel 1 is so that if your guests are talking, and the ducking is turned on then the HOST (Mic 1) will always come through louder if he starts talking.

Based on RODE's videos you can't use the USB for use with Skype. They recommend you connect to the Rode Podcast PRO via Bluetooth. Are you saying that SKYPE works through the mixer if SKYPE is loaded on your computer? They state that is not possible. Thanks in advance.

Nice review. I concur, it has been a great rig to record conference podcast interviews, especially using the audiotechnica BPHS-1 headsets, which are ideal for noisier environments. Question: Would it be worthwhile getting some extra clean gain by using a cloudlifter between a Shure SM7B and the Rodecaster? I'm thinking another 25 dB or so sure wouldn't hurt. Thoughts?

I have a new Rodecaster Pro. What is the input on the back in the upper left corner. It looks like a small lock with a "K" on the lock? I can't find any info on this.

Can you use a USB microphone like the Blue Yeti on the Rodecaster Pro`s USB input channel or via the TRRS channel with a USB adapter?

Hi there, I know you did this video in 2019 and I hope you still using it-but I have a question to you?!?
Is it me or I’m doing something wrong.
After recording on the Rode Caster Pro I transfer the audio to my MacBook Pro and play it to iTune and the sound seems to be a lower quality or the volume seems to be much lower.
It’s not as vibrant in the headphone like I hear in the Rode Caster Pro..I would love some help please..Ps.
