Kevin Lim is one of the youngest & most successful achievers & leaders ever in the history of ERA. The father of twin girls is just 40, but has been making waves in the industry since he was 22.

Despite the seemingly smooth career progression displayed on his portfolio, Kevin had a rocky beginning. Fresh out of school at 22, Kevin entered the real estate industry with zero knowledge and experience. For the first 10 months, he was unable to close any deals – a wakeup call for him to step out of his shell and overhaul his sales approach.

Kevin turned to business books to brush up on his knowledge of business strategies. He taught himself to leverage on social media, adopted revolutionary business tactics, and employed psychology techniques to grease the wheels of his transactions. Through sheer determination and an indefatigable hunger for results, Kevin rose swiftly through the ranks – going from a rookie associate to Division Director within six years. He continued to prosper and joined the ERA Management Team as a Chief Agency Director.

Kevin's proudest achievement would definitely being setting up Preeminent Group in 2008. Today he is the Founder of Preeminent Group running more than 85 Divisions with over 2,500 agents under his wings.
