Now i see the doctor in dr.mundo. he does heal people like in his lore.

This is not a bug, it’s a feature. He just heal Sion real fast cuz he’s a doctor.

Wasn't fixed and still happens with Zac Q and Urgot E, so welcome Mundo E to the club of 'bring Sion back from spawn' mechanics!

Clearly, *reviving Sion* is proof that Mundo is actually a real doctor. The greatest one, in fact; what a feat!

Now mundo is a real doctor now. By slapping sion with a medical bag he was able to revive him on spot. Great job rito 👏

Sion dead timer starts when he dies, not his passive. In early levels if you survive long enough with your passive you will insta respawn.
I guess this is what happens here, Sion's timer is already 0 when his passive dies, but because of Mundo, the corpse is still moving, so he just respawns where mundo pleases
