In case this is seen by you guys and you are interested, at a very basic level
dark chocolate= Cocoa Solids, Cocoa Butter, Sugar
milk chocolate= Cocoa Solids, Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Milk
white chocolate= Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Milk

reason people think white chocolate isn't real chocolate is because mass market stuff in the late 90s-early 2000s started severely replacing the cocoa butter with flavourings because cocoa butter is the most valuable part of the cocoa pod. Modern food standard regulations have largely stopped this from happening (though most white chocolates are still very low in cocoa butter).

If you want a good white chocolate, look for one that is at least 30% cocoa butter

As a vegan, these kind of episodes from your favourite creators are always a risky click for your self esteem.

loads of mainstream chocolates and biscuits are actually vegan, they just can't label themselves as being such because they "may contain traces of milk", which is important to mention if someone has a dairy allergy or otherwise.

Even lindt 70% and 85% solid dark chocolate is vegan (depending on what has been added, I'm talking about the one with sea salt)

Chocolate bars are never made with eggs.. and also most dark chocolate bars are actually Vegan only some Brands put dairy in their dark chocolate.
