MODERN DRESSER MAKEOVER

This adorable little mid century dresser showed up on my facebook marketplace feed and I had to have it! It’s the perfect base for a fun pop of colour and a new design twist.

She showed up with the $10 bucks
and a smile
Up she grabbed me and plunk !...in I
was
She had these "big plans ", I heard --
What ...?
What was she going to do ?
I had forgotten how old and sad I
looked-- hey, we all get old -- but ...
what was she saying ?
The cutting and digging and slapping that paste ...I mean, really?
My legs were gone so I couldn't run !
Now she was clapping and saying, "yes, yes !" ....What ?
She put me in front of the mirror and I opened my eyes ....
A dark green glory with gold high-heels and a snappy button front was looking at me !!
There I was -- I wasn't old or frumpy
How did she do it ? Where is she ?
She had the camera now and was snapping pics-- "if you want her .."
she was saying ...
But I didn't hear her anymore --
These gold high - heels were meant to tango .... twirling ...Ole !
