I think conspiracies can be a major distraction. The whole world lies in the power of the evil one. It's not great. If all the conspiracies are true or not, the gospel is still the good news. Our hope lies outside this world.

I'm a Mexican, so my perception of this type of books is that they are "too American" for me. I don't mean it as an insult, but I think that usually many conspiracies are US focused, and the rest of the world functions without any issue with these ideas.
