I've discovered that on my phone at least, that if I start the audio with data on, then turn data off it continues to play without data and there are therefore no ads. Weird but it works for me every time.

I practice mindfulness and this is throwing me off a little bit I found that the throat chakra Mantra really works for me but out loud Transcendental Meditation teaches you to say it in silence I don't know what that how to do that
