PC Case Swap using Corsair Carbide Spec-03 with Liquid Cooling

PC specs:
CPU: i7-3700k with Corsair H80i Liquid Cooler
Mobo: Gigabyte Z77M
RAM: Hyper X 16GB
G/Card: Gigabyte HD7970 GHz Ed. 3GB
PSU: Enermax 1250W

Some modifications were made to be able to fit the H80i into this case

my biggest issue with this case was the rubber studs you dont get underneath the case

Modifications had to be made to the top part of the Case and to the Side Panel to able to fit a Single Radiator Liquid Cooler.

i have this case... and today it fucked me over with how bad support it has for watercooling... i just spent $140 on a brand new watercooler and this stupid case doesn't have enough clearance for it... so i've had to order a new case now

this is a super old video so i doubt anyone will really even read this, 2024 still using a corsair spec 03, rtx2070, heaps of room. plan to put a 4070 in it, 2 SSDs and 1 m.2 on the board. i have a single 120mml AIO on a 5600x running a b550m-k motherboard in it aswell as 2 exhaust fans and 2 front intake fans, ive removed the drive cages to make thing spacious and better for modern hardware. considering going to the NZXT H6 Flow if this spec 3 doesnt hold up against the 4070 and its requirements but if nessercary ill just add better fans to move the air through more efficiently. so if youre wondering can this little budget case go modern, yes it can but shes not real pretty inside

you modified this cuz your radiator was to big. i have coolermaster seidon watercooling kit and i didnt face any problem to install it. i didnt modified the case. And im saying just to now, and also this case CANT take double radiator in the top cuz of the ram's, the top its only for fans
