You can customize the language of a HubSpot account. Users can update their personal settings to override these settings if they want.

Steps to follow:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.

2. In the left sidebar menu, click Account Defaults.

3. Click the User Defaults tab.

4. To change the default account language, click the Language dropdown menu, then select a language.

5. This setting will change the default language of the HubSpot interface. Custom properties will not be translated.

6. Once done click Save.

Following your directions, my User Defaults language is Englsh. We are a Professional subscription plan, but when I record calls and look back at the transcription, the only language recognized is Chinese (traditional Chinese characters). How can I change this to English?
