I have a question, Some lecturer says that NCLEX wont let us choose for shellfish allergy as an indicator for iodine allergy. Idk what’s the newest update now. Should we really consider shellfish or seafood as an indicator of iodine allergy? Please help.

Was anyone going to mention PEMDAS? I got so confused because I thought that you always have to divide or multiply before you add or subtract. So with the Mean arterial pressure calculation I thought I needed to divide the DBP/3 before adding.
