The last part makes no sense, BJP won everything in Bengaluru, it did better than Congress in Hyderabad in both state & LS, ditto for Mumbai and for Gurgaon.
And that is the tragedy, with BJP losing the states, these urban metro areas will be funding the freebies and 'schemes' for the rural dehati freeloadibg beggars.
