Mps oppose proposal to increase Supreme Court Justices
Показать описание
Members of the legal and parliamentary affairs committee have challenged a proposal by the judiciary, calling for an increase in the number of justices to sit on the Supreme Court. The defense for the increase was put on the desire to mitigate backlog. However, legislators have insisted that the backlog in the nation's highest court has a lot to do with low levels of productivity as JACKSON ONYANGO reports.
