Try moving the motor to the other side of the boom and reverse motor rotation so the "pusher" prop becomes a "puller". I did this on my Goosky S2 and it reduced the noise. This is because the prop runs in "clean" air on the other side of the boom, instead of getting turbulent air after it passes over the boom and motor. Or in the case of your BO-105, the turbulent air from the fin.

The difference in the noise is really big, Andrej! Especially when you were doing flips and faster flight! It's also a very big difference in the KIND of noise: It's more like a silent humming and the frequency of the tone is lower. This makes it more "likable". Great project and realization!!

The stock FW450 v3 tail has the tiny nubs on the tail that fit inside each slot of the tail motor to prevent it from slipping, but I see this design does not have those. Did you find they weren't necessary?
