ΚΥΠΡΟΣ | Έρχονται εξελίξεις...!!! - (20.9.2022)[Eng subs]

ΕΛΛΑΔΑ. ΤΟΥΡΚΙΑ. ΙΣΡΑΗΛ. ΚΥΠΡΟΣ. ΗΠΑ.
Όπως φαίνεται ολοένα και κοντοζυγώνει η ώρα, που η Κύπρος μαζί με το Ισραήλ, θα διαδραματίσουν τον δικό τους καθοριστικό ρόλο, στον παγκόσμιο ενεργειακό χάρτη, καθώς χθες Δευτέρα, είχαμε μία πάρα πολύ κρίσιμη συνάντηση στη Λευκωσία, ανάμεσα στις δύο υπερδραστήριες υπουργούς ενέργειας των δύο χωρών, την κα Νατάσα Πηλείδου και την κα Elharrar, εν μέσω επίσημης επίσκεψης της τελευταίας στην Κύπρο, όπου συζητήθηκαν ενεργειακά θέματα και κυρίως το ζήτημα των κοιτασμάτων «Αφροδίτη» και «Ισάι», για τα οποία όλα δείχνουν, ότι προχωράμε σε ταχύτατη επίλυση της μακροχρόνιας διαφοράς που υπάρχει, μεταξύ Κύπρου και Ισραήλ, αποδεικνύοντας έτσι και τις άριστες σχέσεις που υπάρχουν, ανάμεσα στις δύο χώρες.
Αυτό αντικατοπτρίστηκε και στην κοινή ανακοίνωση που εξέδωσαν τα δύο υπουργεία.
"Κύπρος και Ισραήλ μοιραζόμαστε το κοινό όραμα, για πλήρη αξιοποίηση του δυναμικού των αποθεμάτων φυσικού αερίου της Ανατολικής Μεσογείου, διαφοροποιώντας έτσι και τις πηγές και διαδρομές ενέργειας προς την Ευρώπη.
Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, τα δύο Υπουργεία Ενέργειας έχουν σημειώσει σημαντική πρόοδο, στις συζητήσεις που οδηγούν σε αμοιβαία επωφελή διευθέτηση του ζητήματος των κοιτασμάτων «Αφροδίτη» και «Ισάι», τόσο όσον αφορά στη σχετική διμερή συμφωνία όσο και για τους όρους εντολής, για τον εμπειρογνώμονα που θα οριστεί από τις δύο χώρες.
Οι συζητήσεις αυτές θα συνεχιστούν με δομημένο τρόπο τις επόμενες εβδομάδες."

As it seems it is getting closer the moment that Cyprus, together with Israel, will play their own decisive role, in the global energy map, as yesterday Monday, we had a very critical meeting in Nicosia, of the two overactive energy ministers of the two countries, Ms. Natasa Pileidou and Ms. Elharrar, in the midst of the latter's official visit to Cyprus, where energy issues were discussed and mainly the issue of the "Aphrodite" and "Ishai" fields, for which everything shows that we are moving towards to a rapid resolution of the of the long-standing difference that exists between Cyprus and Israel, thus proving the excellent relations that exist between the two countries.
This was also reflected in the joint statement issued by the two ministries.
"Cyprus and Israel share a common vision for fully unlocking the potential of Eastern Mediterranean gas resources, thereby diversifying energy sources and routes to Europe. In this context, our Energy Ministries have made significant progress in the discussions leading to a mutually beneficial resolution of the Aphrodite – Ishai issue, regarding both the relevant bilateral agreement and the terms of reference for the expert to be appointed by the two countries. These discussions will continue in a structured and consistent manner in the following weeks."
