How to Make Brown Buttercream

Did you know anytime you mix a pair of complementary colors (ones that are opposite each other on the color wheel) they neutralize each other and create a brown?

Here I’m mixing up blue + orange, pink + green and yellow + purple.

Now if you use darker shades of each color, like a more true red and blue, you’ll end up with even more intense browns.
