How KING LOUIS XIV, XV, and XVI looked in Real Life- With Animations- Mortal Faces

Want to know how the French Kings looked like? In this video I transformed the faces of the French King's Louis XIV, XV and XVI to show you how they might have looked in real life. I took their portraits and used my technology (cinema 4d and after effects) and photoshop skills to give you my artistic interpretation on how I think they might have looked if taken with a camera. Of course all the renderings are just my own opinion.

*This is a reworked version of this video. I added my face and talked you through each King.

Of course all of this is just my point of view and you may have your own. I hope you find this neat and entertaining none the less.

I tried to capture as many portraits of them I could in this short timeframe starting from when they were young to when they got older.

I also provide commentary about each of the Kings to make it easier to follow along and understand who each of them were.

I hope you enjoy these videos.

It is like history brought to life.

A good looking family, even by today's standards and even in later age. The Sun King got that good good genes.

Your content is amazing. Unlike others I've seen, I feel like the realizations are very close, if not 100%, to the actual appearance of these historical figures. Thank You Very Much!

Thanks for providing your interpretation on how Louis XVI looked like. However, what frustrates me is that we only see him in all the paintings and also in your video with wigs and powdered hair. I know it was the fashion of the day, but it's ashame we have no portraits of him with his natural hair. I believe Marie-Antoinette wrote that he had very blond hair, even blonder than hers.

Thank you so much for this!! The history/timelines of these 3 kings has always confused me. I tend to get their relationships to each other, and their mistresses mixed up. This clear concise video made their histories so easy to understand.

Thank you for the clarifications and for re-establishing king XVI's reputation. He was just a man who didn't want to be king, not a bad man.

I often wondered how people in those stately portraits looked in the flesh.

Great video. I'd like to see Diane de Poitiers who was a renowned beauty. Also Axel von Fersen, Marie Antoinette's "lover."
