How to use Scene Builder in IntelliJ IDEA with macOS/Windows?

In this video I will show you how to fix Scene Builder cannot open problem in intellij idea. I showed it on MacBook (MacOS), if you want, you can do it with different operating systems (windows, ..).

Bro when i run, i got an warning message "Timeout while waiting for app reactivation". I use mac air m2.even scene builder dont open sometimes.i followed all the procedures correctly but the problem still exists
