Kishimoto considers Lee his favorite character to draw, and at first designed Lee to symbolize human weakness.[3][4] In the anime and manga, Lee is a ninja affiliated with the village of Konohagakure, and is a member of Team Guy, which consists of himself, Neji Hyuga, Tenten, and Might Guy—the team's leader. Unable to use most ninja techniques, Lee dedicates himself to using solely taijutsu, ninja techniques similar to martial arts. Lee dreams of becoming a "splendid ninja" despite his inabilities. Lee has appeared in several pieces of Naruto media, including the third and fourth featured films in the series, the third original video animation, and multiple video games.

I love how general and relatable the lyrics are. Yes it's a song about Rock Lee, I understand how it portrays his emotions and struggles. But if nobody knew who Rock Lee was or any of the other characters from the show, or the show itself, they can still get the message. It applies to everyone who has felt that kind of self doubt, or has had to overcome such limits, or have someone so inspirational in their life to strive to improve, or all of the above and more that Rock Lee represents.

And I'm not ignoring the musical aspects either. That main riff is incredible. Gives me the same kind of vibes from the Deku and All Might songs, very hard rock, not quite metal, but almost there with the quick upbeat and heavy drums. The serene backdrop behind the first verse is a great intro into the song. It really emphasises the starting lyrics that way. That breakdown before the last chorus was perfect. I was expecting something different, not sure what, but I'm definitely happy with what you did there Divide. Honestly. I can't help but be impressed. You have an amazing voice. You absolutely shred on the guitar. You're a master at producing music. Bruh what can you not do?

Lee's one of the five or so characters in the core roster of _Naruto_ that I really relate to -- the desire to achieve a lofty goal despite the lack of natural talent is a pretty heavy burden, and I respect people like Lee who've got the determination and resolve to do it. This tune really captures that drive from both a lyrical and melodic standpoint, so outstanding work on that!

the first time i watched Naruto i thought Rock Lee was Might Guy's son and i still belive it you cant tell me their not related they look so much alike
