My New RAINBOW HIGH WINTER WONDERLAND Doll BELLA Parker

In this episode we get the new @MGA_Entertainment #rainbowhigh #rainbowhighdolls Winter Wonderland series a full going over. We play with the sand and make a snow person and then use the syringe to inject liquid into her skirt - possibly ruining it. We also compare her to the Bella doll from my collection and you can let me know which you like better. At the end of the video we try her in the PJ fashion pack which is super adorable on her and a better way to use the fashion pack than hoarding it in my stash.

The skirt has a powder inside that expands (and apparently darkens) when water is injected leaving a squishy feeling pouf on the skirt. It would have been better if the colors flattered the outfit! Maybe it will eventually evaporate. There are gaskets - access ports to inject the water as well.

I had a lot of fun giving everything a try on this doll even if the gimmicks failed. By the end, I found a way to show off how pretty the dolls face and hair are and she looks pretty cute.

I felt like the skirt was ruined after injecting liquid and then also noticed that she had racoon eye liner - too dark under the eye so returned her in the new box with the unused accessories and made clear to the agent that this doll was damaged and not for resale.

I hope this helps you to decide if you're thinking about picking up this doll. I'd originally thought she'd be the best one, and maybe she is - in a different outfit. If I get all dolls I will do a comparison and see how she ranks. I think Violet is really cute - I love her hair - we will check her out next. Then probably Sunny - I love a Sunny doll and I think her outfit is pretty cute. I will probably want to restyle the outfits for all of the dolls since I don't like the color choices for the weird powder - squishy skirt gimmick.

The snow person with sand didn't work well either. I don't know if anyone would cry about it, but not as cute or fun as I'd hoped. If only the mold had been painted cute it would have been a nice accessory.

Their first winter line was SO good! "Winter" fashion dolls NEVER have clothing you'd actually wear in winter! The Winter Break Rainbow High dolls were actually wearing winter clothing! They should have left it there. This line is typically what toy companies release as "winter" dolls. This line absolutely needed a second outfit aside from the gimmick articles of clothing.

The doll comes with instructions for the gimmicks, e.g. it tells you how much water goes into the upper and the lower skirt piece to avoid overfilling (the syringe has a scale).

So true why did they have to pick pumpkin orange and murky blue for the dress? A hot pink and baby pink would have been so much cuter . This concept sucks and the skirt is mildly ugly but the orange and murky blue just make everything worse

You didn't ruin it, MGA ruined it by creating this monstrosity. My almost 4 year old loves collecting RH with me, and she just walked past these, and they were positioned to her height on the selves. 😅 she really does love the little ones, though.

I re-did mine. I fixed up her hair a bit and put a different skirt on her. I wish I could post a picture.

I like the doll itself. The skirt is too gimmicky and definitely an eye sore once activated. It would've been nice if MGA had dressed the doll in a skirt and tights or pants underneath so that you could remove the big skirt and still have a full fashion. The snowman craft would be okay if it held together better. Do "damaged" doll returns get destroyed? I've heard that happens with returns sometimes, hopefully not in this case. The doll was technically fine and I'm sure there's a kid or someone who'd love to have it despite the skirt.

I love the face on my Bella but i wont do the water feature. Btw i also dont like the purse. Huge frowny face. But Bella herself is beautiful❤

Oh my, what were the RH creators thinking! I have a first series “color create” RH with platinum hair and left her as original. I like the one all white/silver look in the collection. If I see how pretty this Bella is in store I might pick her up to redress. Your jeans idea is a great one. But this gimmick? Ah no, not for me or my grandkids. Thank you for sharing!

OMG. What a hot mess of a gimmick. I would be afraid of eventual rotting or worse in that plastic getup.
