I had a teacher who would give me a bunch of extra homework as "practice" despite the fact that the rest of my class already moved on from the subject
One day i got sick of it so i told them i don't need the practice
They said that i do because otherwise i would fail on tests (witch was a load of bull considering i passed 90% of the time)
I then told her that not only would i pass the next test but i also wouldn't study for it at all
I fallowed up by adding that if i fail i would do all of the extra work without complaint from then on out
She didn't take me seriously until the 3rd day of me turning in a blank assignment of "practice" work
She warned me that there was a test coming up and that i should do the practice test before hand that she was giving out to the rest of my class mates
The funny thing is i was one of 6 who got a 97% out of a class of 30
My teacher had the audacity to say that i was lucky that time and that i should still study
If your wondering why she singled me out it's because i had an iep that she had to fallow but never did and i being who i am let her know in front of the class that she isn't fallowing my iep
One of my accommodations in fact was that i could have a little extra time on work
Hints the reason why she gave me extra work to do
There where a few other things i had in my iep that she flat out ignored like not calling on me
Or touching me in any way shape or form
She would always only touch my shoulder to get my attention even after i told her not to and why i prefer that she NOT do that
The worst part about it all is that she had a lot of reputation on her side so little to no one would believe me
And now im mad at myself for not bringing my classmates in as witnesses although in my defense i tried not to bother them because i saw it as my problem
That and i was 15 at the time XD
