Northside Troy hi Pace, the 🏠 hack Subto Don't " Hack" but when CF saved You $300, 000 in taxes will anyone do that? They in Chicago " Who You Wit"? Means why are you willing to be with that Group or people group? Taxes killing me because I didn't have a understanding about money or being in front of taxes and it's not taught!!!

If the bank enacts the due on sale clause AND you have the subject to loan insurance policy, do they give you the same loan/terms or would the new interest rates affect the new loan?

Hey Pace
Question for you, if I am a connector, what contract do I use in order for me to get paid for connecting of PML with the person who has the deal? Also, can I double end on it as in can I ask the PML for a slice and can I ask the person with a deal for a slice?

Good info, but why so much hate for agents? Creative financing is an important skill, but it honestly comes up pretty rarely for most “retail” residential agents.

Are there some below average agents? Sure, but the same can be said about every profession.

I appreciate the great info and your desire to share what you know. Thanks again.

What happens if the person you buy Subto from files bankruptcy? How could you still keep the property?
