My Perfect Makeup Bag : How I Look Put Together Everyday

Hello lovers,

Y'all have been asking for me to do more beauty and makeup related content as of late and I thought I would return to doing that a little bit more by sharing with you whats in my every day makeup bag.

If I'm honest one of the main reasons that I haven't been experimenting with makeup as much as I once did is because I have this thing down to a science now. I can do a full beat in 30 minutes that makes me feel pretty and put together and frankly I have been enjoying that more than I have been enjoying the idea of trying out tons of new makeup and looks I am not going to wear regularly.

However as I am getting older and my tastes in makeup change, the trends are changing, and the products that are coming out are changing I do feel compelled to play around a LITTLE more. Level 1: bare minimum; no makeup makeup look
Level 2: kick it up a notch for example something to wear to work or picking up the kids from school

I use the Tarte double take liquid liner. It lasts for quite awhile, and I do a winged eyeliner almost every day. I alternate between the black and the brown depending on the look I'm going for. I've repurchased it probably a dozen times.

"I just want a collection of stuff that gets the job done" I've literally been saying this for years. It's why I'm rarely tempted by new products. The items I use regularly are my tried and true. I know they will work 100% of the time no matter what. Why try a new product that *might* work, when I know the one I've been using will in every circumstance? Thank you for normalizing having a group of products that just work and it's ok. Seriously, your makeup content is a breath of fresh air!

Having my everyday staples all in one bag is a game changer for me. I need to have my nars pot concealer. I use it to cover everything from dark circles to redness.
Need to give the stick shadows a try... so you use primer with them?

My everyday item, no matter what. Is Bobbi Brown eyebrow kit and her bronzer, I take that bronzer and put it on my lids, I take a eyeliner pencil and use the brow power as my eyeliner. Do my brows, tinted moisturizer and top with bronzer and well 38 never looked better 🤣

My favorite liquid liner is the physician's formula eye booster waterproof. Best one I've ever used in either drug store or high end.

I love yesstyle and Korean makeup is soooo good! I’m looking forward to that video. I learned that berry and reddish brown colors look best on me so I have been using the rose inc cream blush in azalea, a red tinted lip balm, tower 28 lipgloss (or a fenty gloss), CT cream eyeshadow, and the rare beauty mascara (it is the best mascara ever) ❤️Oh and, how did you get the black merit makeup bag?? I only ever see the brown one and didn’t even know they had a black one.

I need everyday hair ideas. I work from home with my toddler and basically my hair (which is almost past my should blades) stays in a ponytail or bun. I always change out of sweats/pjs into leggings and an "elevated" t-shirt (long or short) and put on shoes. Some days I'll remember to at least fill my brows and pop on a cream blush but it's my hair that I struggle with. I need it out of my face and out of my way because I'm buzzing around all day between cleaning, cooking, gremlin chasing, and sitting down to work. HALP.
