THESE PEOPLE ARE UKRAINE'S FUTURE, just because of their creativity and problem solving skills. I don't have doubt that #Ukraine will raise from the ashes and become STRONGER THAN BEFORE. Less corruption. more creativity, more inventions, modern weapons MADE IN UKRAINE and so much more. So GO KRAINE !!

It's poetic justice that they use the armor from the dead Russian tanks to protect their homemade mine sweepers.

I hope he finds his iron harvest now, and not years down the line. That still happens a lot in France.

If they can rig that up with GPS then that reduces "driver fatigue" avoids missing any part due to lack of overlap (only need a 150mm gap and they can miss the mine's pressure plate) and they can do it when there is no light ie at night time.
Stay safe farmers. You are a major part of Ukrainian's economy and the world desperately *needs* your grains.
*Слава Україні!*

Just when you think the Ukrainians can't come up with an other brilliant idea, ! They do. No matter where in the world you are, you can't keep a farmer out of his fields. Here's to a bumper crop!!!! Blessings to all.

Necessity is the mother of invention. This farmer can start a business selling armored remote-controlled tractors to his fellow farmers.

Great stuff. My country (Australia) was once full of people who would act in a similar way to a problem. Sadly that now happens very rarely. I have been very impressed with how Ukrainians have adapted to the challenges they face, innovative and full of ideas. Well done.

This is basically a home made version of the British Armtrak 400 demining vehicle. He should start a small business making them. Or better yet, put the plans on how to do it online for every farmer in Ukraine who wants to build one. If every village pools their money and builds one, they'll speed up the demining process by a lot. And save the sappers a lot of work. They'll still have more than enough to do, going into places such a vehicle can't go.

You can support Ukraine's demining edforts by donating to United24 for "Defense and demining".

It is pretty amazing that they have built this themselves and it is a testament of their ingenuity and resiliency, however, I think they should make an improvement by replacing those rollers at the front with a mine flail instead as it wont get turned smithereens if it hits an anti-tank mine.
