It's not even a laptop, it's a "portable computer", affectionately known as a "luggable".

Either there’s an issue with the graphic or the script, but 4, 000 MHz is not one million times more than 4 MHz.

They didn't call them laptops (or notebooks) back then though, for obvious reason. It's a portable computer or luggable.

4 MHz and 4000 MHz is not times the clock speed but rather 1000 times

Four times a million is 4 million, not 4, 000. 4000 MHZ = 4GHz.

It's a two-for-one deal. Laptop and dumbbell combo.

It also came with Goblin Green to help carry it, owners were note for their love of pumpkins.

"25 pound laptop"
British:"Ah what a bargain laptop"

Ah yes, as we all know 4 * 1.000.000 = 4000 ( 0:18 )
I guess the people who made that graphic and checked the video before release where not hired because of their mathematical skills.

The clamshell laptop you are familiar with was created by Grid Computers. They went belly up because at the time there were no LCD displays. They used plasma and could only buy less than a thousand per month as most production was used by the military. It also had "bubble memory". Look it up.

I carried one. Needed to several times for work. It was the size of a suitcase and as heavy as it looks. Funny that it had the computing power of what today might be exceeded by a watch.

A lot of desktops weigh less than that today

After some digging: Osborne one is 57KIPS, Ryzen 7 2700x, with 8 core launched 5 years ago is 80, 680, 000 KIPS. Making the average laptop of today around 14Million times more powerful.
