It is also suitable for the and high viscosity ,liquid ,semi-liquid .filling of easy volatilization ,easy bubbly liquid strong corrosive liquid for rubber and plastic, Operators adjust and meter figure in the touch screen control panel , also can adjust metering of each filling head . The external surface of this machine is made of excellent stainless steel . Good appearance , applied to GMP standard.
Major characteristics:
1.Linear type piston filling machine special designed for sticky liquid, international advanced technology, already approved by well-known companies such as Bayer. High filling accuracy,simple structure, stable working,widely application. Counting of bottles inlet,qualitative filling, bottles outlet are done automatically.
2.Adopts international famous brand PLC with touch screen, bottles in various height, the filling nozzles height can be adjusted in touch screen (height adjusting range 100mm~370mm);bottles in various volume,filling nozzles distance can be adjusted from 42mm~110mm. Not only the whole 6 filling nozzles dosage can be rough adjusted, but also each single filling nozzles dosage can finely adjusted.
3. Can memorized many parameters, helpful for various specifications changed, all filling dosage can be adjusted by touch screen.
4.Liquid control for normal working liquid level control, sound and light alarm device, guarantee the liquid level at normal condition; also can achieved for inlet valve/pump control.
5. Material outlet joints all adopts quick-assembling type (clamp type),easily for clean. Sealing gaskets adopts fluorine rubber O-ring; sanitary connecting pipes.
6. With protection case, drip gutter, main materials are made of SS304
Note: if filling 100-1000ml, use piston filling machine. If 5-20L, use weight filling machine.
