Показать описание
In this video, I cover the process of printing a 3d object file from Thingiverse (or another source) on your 3d printer. I also show you how to handle prints that have multiple files.

Note: This video assumes you already have Cura installed. If you don't, check out the Ender 3 Pro Cura Setup video below.

Some good tips, but i have a huge tip for you and your viewers. Instead of selecting the object and using the rotate tool to turn the object on the plate to a different side on the build plate, do Select object, click on the Rotate tool on the left side, then click on the icon on the far right of the 3 icons on the rotate tool, its called 'Select Face to align with build plate', then click on what ever face you want on the build plate, and Cura will auto rotate it for you and align it exactly on the build plate.
2nd Tip...To sort out all the different objects on your build plate easy and i a couple of mouse click do this....Right mouse click on your object, choose Select all models, then select arrange all models. Simples and doing these 2 tips alone will save you a whole heap of time if you have multiple models/objects on your build plat and want to adjust them.

Above tips are in Cura ver 4.6.1

I just got my printer a few days ago and this helped heaps especially because I'm coming from a zero exp background in 3D printing! Thanks!

the SICKEST thing about this video is I just got a 3D printer and was looking on thingiverse for other stuff to print besides the test file I have and found the baby Yoda! I still need to wait for software to download so if I remember, I will come back and let you know how the baby Yoda comes out. thank you!

Can you change how it gets put on the card every time it's put on the card it usually puts it on the bottom I would like it when I turn the machine on that it's always on the top whatever I add is that possible

If my computer dosen't have an SD port, can I do this with a USB and transfer the files onto an SD card from the USB?

Question: If my printer looks like it runs over each layer against the layer beneath it what may my problem be? I am new to printing and feel like I am starting to get frustrated. All of my prints look like a 3 year old made them. Even the most intricate print (highest quality) still looks like garbage when its complete... ***SCREAMING***
