When it comes to eating healthy while #OTR, here is my "cheat code" for meal prep as an OTR truck driver. You can save time as It's quick and simple and as well save you a ton of money from eating at the truck stops! By finding pre cut and packaged fruits and vegetables is the way to go!

When I buy food in a truckstop. 50 bucks a day. . . Snacks, sandwich, drinks. . . That same meal from a store in bulk? I'd say 5 to 8 bucks. Stay away from the truckstop. Parking and fuel with a free shower only

One thing I learn is you got to cook your own meals on the road when I was young I use to be like why them old heads truckers don’t eat truck stop food and years later I’m cooking myself much much more healthier

Cost 15 to 20 bucks a truckstop meal nowadays and it's garbage food and plus you can't see how the people are cooking it too and if they wash their hands after they pick their nose etc, I seen a girl pick her nose with gloves on so gloves don't even work!!
