They said all 4 were dark skinned individuals, but I see one tan skin guy enter and by-pass and start the car, and the other who switches the garage open is clearly white, as his face shows, and his arms and back when he bends over. The family couldn't se well in the dark, and was stunned/horrified in the moment so it's understandable.

It just proves my points. This is probably the french-African connection. These cars are probably already across Provincial borders and being chopped and shipped around the world.
