US Supreme Court decision on Grants Pass homelessness case could come any day now

The U.S. Supreme Court has issued a number of rulings, including on medication abortion. But the biggest case for Oregon is still awaiting judgment, Johnson v. Grants Pass, which could reshape how homeless camping bans are enforced throughout the western United States.

The guy is lying there's shelter capacity. They won't use it because they have to stop using drugs. We're not talking blankets that guy has never been in Grants Pass. We're talking mass encampments in public spaces. In proximity to retail stores which they burglarize at night.

And yes, i recognized it right away. SE Washington Street, is the one that continues guiding traffic eastbound after it splits off from SE Stark Street just near the Mall 205 and becomes one directional. And SE Stark runs Westbound. There is no point in Portland, where there is a "SW" Washington Street, that i'm aware of.

Yes, SCOTUS did allow Mifepristone to remain legal, for now. But this was ONLY based on a technicality. They said those who brought the Case (anti-abortion Drs & Lawyers) couldn't prove "Standing." IE: they couldn't prove any personal 'harm, ' but were quick to signal that this is all that's needed for another review. This drug is also typically used in tandem with another drug, called MISOPROSTOL; now this latter drug alone, can also help with a Medication abortion, but its much less pleasant, to say the least! Bottom Line, the Maga Scotus of donald j. trump, is absolutely more than Happy to assist his party, in a FEDERAL ban on ALL abortions from even pre-conception, as in also the Birth Control Pill, if we let them.

That's right, under the trump Maga Party, EVERY WOMAN, from Menstruation to Menopause, will literally become the property of THE STATE! So much for 'small government.' I wouldn't even be surprised they monitor Womens' Period Trackers? This is what we need to STOP them & Codify Roe into Law for ALL STATES: Dems must Reclaim the House [Simple] Majority. It is really so close now & Oregon is Very Much in Play here! And we need 60 DEM Senators to get past their attempts to Filibuster. We don't have any Senators up for Re-election right now in Oregon; but we can ABSOLUTELY NOT Re-Elect Lori Dreamer or Cliff Bentz!!
