when your still low level do saber expert quest one of the requirements to get Observation haki(Instinct) and save up a lot of money but you have to beat saber expert to finish the quest so you can ho back and beat him when you at least lv 200 you can go to wiki how to do the saber expert quest he also drops saber swords wich is very good especially in first sea and learn about how the stats work how to be efficient with it and never use points in guns at first sea cause there bad at that time and youll never use them.

Try boss grinding. Only grind bossess if you want to breeze through the first sea.
