We welcome everyone and their well-behaved, house trained dog(s).
We are a wonderful location for dining, sports events, tourist attractions, shopping malls, Metro and more.

This is Gerrie’s Place 2. Gerrie’s Place 1 was SO POPULAR that we have added this second cottage.
If Gerrie’s Place 2 is booked, please consider Gerrie’s Place 1.
At Gerrie’s Place 2 you will experience the rural life in an urban area.
This is the BEST little BIG house you’ll ever stay in!
Rest, Relax, and help an animal.
Gerrie’s Place 2 is located on a 501c3 Rescue Animal Sanctuary.
Here at Gerrie’s Place 2 you have a private entrance, a private fenced yard, and a private cottage.
You will be in view of lots and lots of animals. A llama or two, alpacas, emus, goats, sheep, tortoises, chickens, turkeys, guineas, and pigs.
When you are at Gerrie's Place2, we also welcome you to take a tour of the ranch and meet the animals up close. You can see them from your LARGE covered back porch and your windows. In fact, a llama, a sheep, a goat, a tortoise, and a pot bellied pig live in your back yard. To experience more, tours starts at $100.00. If you are staying for more than 1 night at Gerrie's Place2, your tour is 1/2 price. All tours must be scheduled in advance. You do not casually walk around on your own.
We welcome everyone. You are in Gerrie’s Place 2 but just in case you need a little extra help, our other cottage, Gerrie’s Place 1 was designed with ADA specs in mind. (The Americans with Disabilities Act). We have tried to remove any barriers and make Gerrie’s Place 1 more accessible to all. For more information on this, please contact us if this is more of what you need.
We also welcome your “well behaved”, “house trained” dog.
Throughout the house there are many rugs that were custom made, hand woven from our llamas and alpacas’ wool. You and your pets will love them.
We are a wonderful location for dining, sporting events, tourist attractions, shopping malls, and more.
We are close to everything!
