I can never seem to get high band 4 in the narrative no matter how many I write or try to change the way I do it. I did peak at 29/40 last mock however, it is not enough to get a grade 9. Don’t understand how to make the narratives better

My teacher said that you can get up to 6-7 marks in section A by just giving a statement and writing a quote and you need to add something extra for the other 3-4 marks. Is that true and if yes, what do I need to write about to get the other 3-4 marks? Thank you.
