What processor are you using? Do you think a Ryzen 7 9800x3d can handle this air cooler? Does the environment get very hot?

the power supply is for upgradability, i just hope the current parts wont have much bottlneck, and its still a upgrade from the Lenovo Ideapad L340-15IRH with GTX 1050
