16 Places To See In The South of England || Road Trip DIaries!

There’s no better way to explore the UK than on a road trip! :-)
We recently teamed up with IHG Rewards Club to check out their #WhyOverpay promise which ensures you get the cheapest rooms for IHG hotels (e.g. Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza...etc) by booking directly with them rather than on a price comparison site. We stopped off in so many beautiful locations across the South of England on a trip we've wanted to do for quite some time!

It started off raining in London but cleared off as soon as we left and was brilliantly sunny all throughout (until when we arrived back in Central London). This was done over 4 days but has made us want to do this again and explore even more of the UK over even more days!

I live in Bristol but though to study and life haven't had opportunity to properly sight seeing this great island of ours. I can't wait to be done with study and have secure life and start traveling around UK.

If ever you are in Gloucestershire in the UK, something worth seeing is the natural phenomenon called the Severn Bore, which is a type of tidal wave or river bore which is created on a stretch of the River Severn close to Gloucester.I have watched 4 so far this year ( there are about 120 in total throughout the year).Sometimes the bore can be very large and reach a height of 7ft plus and travel for 15 miles, with a lot of surfers trying to ride it lol.I watched one 3 weeks ago and took a video using my quadcopter.The video is ad free if you fancied a look
